The Baiellina is a small-secluded villa enclosed within the woodlands surrounding our estate. The independent self-contained villa has 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable sitting room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The open fireplace in the dining area is ideal for creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during the winter season. A private garden with a patio, two shady porches, and a brick barbecue makes it the perfect place for outdoor grilling and for dining out in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.

The Limonaia is on the second floor and it overlooks the glass greenhouse used to host the lemon trees during the harsh winter months.

The Ziraia was once the place where the traditional oval terracotta jars (called ziri) used for conserving wine, oil and cereals were stored. The suite still preserves many characteristics that remind us of the past, like an antique ziro, originally used on the farm, which now adorns the room.

A French door that opens onto the patio allows natural light to filter through making it a bright and luminous apartment, situated on the ground floor.

The sitting room with a single sofa bed leads into a comfortable double bedroom.

The Greppia is a wooden hayrack; it was usually placed over the trough that cattle ate from, in times gone by. The original eating trough in the bedroom and has now become an ornamental element that combines perfectly with the interior design of the renovated suite.

The suite situated on the ground floor has a French door that opens onto a small courtyard. The comfortable sitting room with its fascinating wooden beams and stone arches leads you through to the main bedroom. The sofa in the sitting room can be turned into a single-bed if necessary.

Situated on the first floor of the Relais, what was once a Longobard watchtower has now been turned into one of our most representative suites. In fact this tower gives its name to our resort.
The tower’s original stonewall (still to be seen) is now a perfectly integrated part of this beautifully renovated suite. The sitting room offers a delightful view of the Manor’s courtyard.

This suite overlooks the main courtyard. Chickens, ducks, and geese would wander freely about the yard and many outdoor farm activities were carried out here, in the past. It was here that the farmer would thresh his wheat and other cereals after harvesting.

The suite offers a double bedroom, sitting room with a sofa bed and a spacious bathroom with a maxi-shower cabin. The airy and spacious suite is rich in detail and furnished in real old style.

Our Apartment in the Villa is located in the south wing of the Villa, dating back to 1500. It is situated on the first floor, close to the reception and in the heart of the Relais.
The two large double rooms overlook the calm and green garden and are both furnished in style with king-size bed, wardrobes, sofas and armchairs. In the apartment there is also the kitchen for exclusive use of the guests with table, chairs and all the utensils that will make comfortable your meals “at home”.
For those who prefer, the apartment in the villa can also include our breakfast based on organic and seasonal products, with homemade cakes with wheat flour from our production.
